Got cut at phone round with another writer. Asked very strange questions that didn’t seem relevant to job and could have a thousand different answers but was told that I didn’t give the correct one.
Did not review portfolio or exercise at all which I also found odd.
I applied online. I interviewed at Google (Boulder, CO)

The hiring process really clear. They provide user friendly submission flow, informed every update related to your application. However, you must wait until 6 months to reapply on the same field/position after received rejection statement.

Screening-Call mit anschließendem Portfolio-Review, wobei man die ganze Zeit betreut wird von einem*r Recruiter*in. Man erhält eine gute Vorbereitung auf mögliche Fragen und wichtige Punkte. Sehr zeitintensive Vorbereitung ist dafür notwendig.
