Interview
4 stages, meeting bunch of their leadership, nothing unusual, easy questions in general. CTO was not impressive — outdated knowledge, trivial questions — I don't know what he was looking for. Notably, people management questions were absent.

Interview
There were 3 rounds:
1. Director round: The idea was to understand my work and experience.
2. Technical Round: Here Staff Engineer level person asked me about my projects in detail. He also understood my management style.
3. Design round: Here the interviewer again tried to understand my project in more detail and finally gave me one design problem.

Interview
Interview process was straight forward and very professional. They have communicated all the rounds and the timings and recruiters were very professional in handling communication and timely meetings with panel regarding the same
They even accommodated minor changes in schedule. There were 4 rounds:
1. Technical / Architecture
2. Program Managementr
3. Hiring Manager
4. Bar raiser
They clearly communicated the feedback after de-brief. There were minor delays from their side but they kept on posting updates on developments timely

2. Program Management - Asked questions about challenges in managing a project, Agile ceremonies, How to handle spillovers, Slips in deadlines etc. Difficulty level - Average
3. Hiring manager - focussed on questions related to challenges faced in previous projects, how you handles escalations, what were most challenging task you did ? Any failures please explain. Difficulty - above average
4. Bar Raiser - This round they asked lot of scenario based questions like how to handle conflicts, how to influence your stakeholders, UX, TPMs, POs, Boss, VPs of fellow teams, peers, Technical architects. Scenarios how to handle each team while working on fast paced high visible projects. Difficulty level - Above Average
