Submitted an application online, then contacted by a recruiter, then an interview was arranged. Remote interview consisted of 30 minutes of Q&A, and 30 minutes of shared screen whiteboard interview. I would have liked more context regarding what I was building, but overall, felt the interview was fair and tested me on items related to the job.

Question 1
Looking back at the interview, is there anything you would do differently to prepare for it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Groupon in Sept 2012
Interview
Communication and setup done through a recruiter, call was on time, however with the wrong person interviewing for the wrong position. I went through the process anyway, talking about backend work and then had another appointment set up for the correct person and position.
The second interview was again with the wrong person, and they had seemingly grabbed someone at random to do the interview. The person was easier to talk to and it went very well talking about the correct position, front end work, and contributions. I was told they'd be getting back to me shortly and I would likely have an in person interview soon.
Two days later I was told I didn't get the job.
