Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you manage scope creep when the project schedule and budget is under pressure?
I had interviews with the recruiter, the hiring manager, business partners and an in person interview.
The interview team was pleasant and seemed high performing, and the questions were exactly what you'd expect for a PM role. However, after the final interview, I never heard back, even after following up. While the role wasn't a perfect fit, I was dissapointed by the unprofessional and discourteous lack of follow-up.
I did an initial screening with a recruiter, an interview with the hiring director, another interview with the hiring director and an engagement manager, another interview with another engagement manager... and then I heard nothing back.
Absolutely nothing.
This is a company that ghosts people.
Great experience, detailed job understanding by interviewer gave me a clearer picture of how I could contribute meaningfully to the team.. Fosters a thoughtful, high-caliber product culture, and our conversation only deepened my excitement about the opportunity.
