I got a call about a week later and was asked to do a phone screening. It mainly consisted of background experience and customer service type questions, mainly situational ones. Then I got an in person interview which was a group interview and it went okay. Even though it was chill and relaxed, it seemed like everyone was trying to one up each other in a certain way so be on the lookout to stand out. I personally thought I did well because I talked a lot. They told me I'd hear back in 24 hours. I waited and they called me back a week later and told me that the location I applied for was done hiring asked me to have an interview at another location. I agreed and the interview went well, said I would hear back in 24 hours and I got an email 2 days later telling me they hired others.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.
