I first had a quick phone screen that lasted about 15 minutes. Then I had an in-person one-on-one interview and a second one-on-one interview with the store manager. Everyone was so warm and genuinely interested in speaking with me.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
