Began with a series of questions surrounding how you would approach certain interactions with customers - mainly problem solving and 'what would you do in this scenario' type questions
then got given a description of a person and an outfit they were looking for and you had to go onto the shop floor and choose an outfit, and explain your decision to the interviewers
Quite a casual interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A customer has approached you complaining about a previous purchase from an H&M store wanting to return it, but the labels have been removed and the customer doesn't have the receipt, what do you do?
group interview, people were friendly and they asked a lot of general questions. then we all went to the shop floor, got assigned a certain outfit to make for a hypothetical customer and explained in front of the group why we chose it
I applied online, interview at the store. Casual talk with the store manager about the experiences and how the store works. It was pretty straight forward even without any experiences.
Group interview. 10 candidates in a small dingy room. Poorly organised and interviewers showed very little interest or skill in conducting an effective interview. Were in pairs for the whole thing, no way to stand out and other people taking credit for your ideas. No observation of how you handled planning and answering the tasks in your pairs, interviewers just sat there having a chat.
