Completed application online and took a test which I passed. Recruiter reached out via e-mail to schedule a phone interview. Depending on how you perform, you get invited for a face to face interview. On getting to the site, you will take a math test. If you pass, then you get the interview. If not.. Bye... I passed the test/quiz.. by the way you get 12 questions , 30min with a pencil and calculator. Show your working and you can only miss 2. I am confident that I missed 1. Interviewed with 4 people ranging from agents to Supervisors. I am confident that I did good. Recruiter didn't see me before I left. 2 days after, received an e-mail from recruiter " the HCSS team have decided to move forward with other candidates at this time." :) I expected that from the questions I asked during my interview. I have a degree and years worth of license on my resume . It was intimidating to them.The interviewers kept on asking me " why I wanted to work there" TBH I just needed to get away from travelling . I enjoy computers, teaching, training and helping others. If I got the job, I wasn't leaving anytime soon. Oh well, back to the travel life.
Less I forget, I have a southern accent .. not a good fit for HCSS...
