A very engaging and healthy exchange of ideas. They asked very little about the work process i had applied for rather asked me about my hobbies and experiences in bangalore.
sencilla y poco teórica. temas básicos sobre mis pasadas experiencias y proyectos escolares. más preguntas sobre cómo me desenvuelvo en trabajo en equipo, toma de decisiones, trabajo, relaciones con personas, liderazgo, aprendizaje. muy amigable y sencillo.
4 rondas en total, la primera con RRHH y las 3 siguientes con diferentes managers de ventas. No se realiza ninguna prueba técnica, directamente se habla acerca del puesto y de progresión del mismo.
