Every interview is very specific, asking from a list of questions approved by head office. The group interview was in a food court, so unprofessional, and were essentially judged on their appearance. How people answer the questions didn't matter.

you meet with the store manager and he/she asks you questions and after a couple of days they let you know what their decision is. Maximum they would take I would say would be no more than 2 weeks. the interview is pretty easy just a bunch of questions where they judge you on leadership skills.
