      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at HubSpot in Feb 2017

      Interview

The HubSpot interview process is fairly extensive. It started with an application through their website. After that, I had my first interview, which was online. Questions popped up and I had 30 seconds to 1 minute to think about my answer and then given anywhere from 45 seconds to 2 minutes to answer it. My second interview was with three different managers who had different internship opportunities. Each interview was 30 minutes. 20 min for managers to ask questions; 10 for me.

      Question 1

Would you rather have an event where you met all your metrics but no one enjoyed themselves OR put on an incredible event but not reach your goals/intended metrics?

Thanks so much for writing a review and glad to hear you had a positive experience. Our process is certainly in-depth as you mentioned, and that's so you feel as comfortable with your decision to join us as we are. Glad to have you with us for the summer! - Becky
