I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Singapore) in Sept 2018
Interview
It was a total of 4 rounds: Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Role Play and 3 Face to Face with various departments.
Questions were largely behavioral to pick out traits as the team prioritizes culture fit a lot. Hubspot offers a lot of resources to get you prepared (Blogs, Culture Deck etc), read up before the interview and contextualize your stories.
I enjoyed speaking with each person throughout the process, it felt like a conversation rather than an interview. All in all, it was a great experience.
Elayne was extremely helpful throughout the process in getting me prepared, offering suggestions on what I should be reading and who I should speak with to gain more insight about the role. Both Elayne and Yuen were very accommodating to my schedule to ensure we could fit the entire interview process within the needed time frame to avoid delays.
