The process started with a short discussion with the HR, followed by an assignment. The assignment was based on real-life case study and my presentation was recorded to be shared with the recruiting panel. Post that, I went through 5 rounds of interviews based on behavioural and functional competencies, followed by a discussion on culture fit. I was pleasantly surprised that every member of the hiring team had actually gone through the assignment and feedback from my previous discussions before getting on the call with me. The process was very well managed by the HR team. Elayne and Yuan were my points of contact. They ensured I was updated about the process at each point and put in the extra effort to clear all successive hurdles. They even helped prepare for successive interview by sharing details of competencies that I should focus on. I've heard really great things about HubSpot and the interview process really lived up to my expectations.
