The interview process for this role was extremely lengthy with 4 rounds and a project included. You must prepare a PowerPoint presentation and present it/pitch it to the interviewers. It is a very time consuming process.

Initial call, call with team leader, case study to present to team afterwards. Everyone was friendly and positive. They have lots of resources online to use as well to prepare for your call.

The last three rounds are considered as one and the evaluates the candidate on various aspects of company culture.
45-minute interview with HR person, followed by a 1-hour interview with the CSM Manager.All interviews will be conducted online.Before the HR meeting, you will receive a link to the culture code, which outlines their values and culture.
