Great process. Might be my best process so far.
1st round with recruiter over the phone confirming work history, attainment, and a few STAR questions.
2nd round with hiring manager - questions centered around your background, why Hubspot and why this role, how do you prospect, then a mock cold call. Mock cold call was simple and realistic. Find the pain quickly and quantify it, create urgency to book next steps.
3rd round is 2 parts - 1 hour interview with a sales manager, 30 minutes of behavioral questions around your sales skills (discovery process, demo, how you close, how you navigate obstacles in deal cycles), and a 30 minute mock discovery call. I practiced a good amount for the discovery in ChatGPT (using the voice feature) with the prompt given and crushed it. 2nd part of the 3rd round is a 30 minute interview with another sales manager centered around your why, how you have bounced back after bad times, how you have been creative and closed strategic deals. All of this is within a 2.5 hour span. You have an hour break between the 2.
Biggest part of this is the communication between you and your recruiter. Like others have said here, before each interview, you will meet with your recruiter (if you get past the recruiter screen), they will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about the upcoming interview, including what you will be covering and how you should prepare. Mske sure to ask about everything in the interview, even the mock scenarios. They want you to get the job, so don't be afraid to ask them hard or upfront questions.
10/10 process
