Overall a respectful interview experience they give you the oppourtunity to learn more about the company. Recruiter was great despite not getting the job. Made it to the second interview and there was a drop off after
HR recruiter reached out, asked some general questions, the market knowledge, and technical questions, she said there will be 4 more rounds, didn't make it to second round. She said should be an update in 2-3 days, but I waited a week follow up, then 2 weeks later got rejected.
it started with recruiter round - standard motivational questions. Then progressed to hiring manager round, which was a lot of competency questions. And then was a panel to look at a mock scenario
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot
Interview
A pretty standard interview process. First was a call with the Recruiter, then an initial call with the Hiring Manager, finally a demo to a panel group. Focused on behavioral experiences, a little on technical side
