Recruiter screening was top-notch - fully engaging and on point. Loved the energy and confirmed my interest! Hiring MGR interview: chaotic, no structure, no real questions were asked. No STAR method questions. The interviewer kept on slacking while apologizing that their boss is looking for them. The person lacked enthusiasm and looked like they were forced to be there. Either they already had chosen someone for the role or the hiring manger is out the door - in each case, not a great use of my time. Had some negative comments about the company. I am not sure what is it that I experienced but it was definitely below expectations.
