HubSpot Senior Project Manager interview questions

HR screening then hiring manager. They typically responded to emails relatively quickly. All emails came from an HR coordinator. The first interview was relatively high level with deeper and technical questions saved for the hiring manager.

I received an invite for a screening call with the recruiter a few days after my application. The recruiter was super helpful and provided great transparency and support during the whole process. I interviewed with the hiring manager a couple of days after the screening call and got through to the 3rd round. The 3rd round was split into 4 interviews over 2 days, one of which included a presentation. There was a quick check-in with the recruiter after the final interview to confirm timeline for their decision. I received the decision (no offer) 1.5 weeks after my final interview. The whole process from application to final decision took 4 weeks.
