Applied online, received an email immediately to do an automated phone interview, the recruiter called within the next 2 days to schedule a face-to-face interview for the following week. Went to the job interview only to find out they interviewed at least 10 people before me and it was 11am. Understanding that the job had such high volume went in with high hopes knowing I had the skills and experience to complete the job required, however during the panel interview the guy constantly rolled his eyes at every question I answered. I knew he wasn't impressed and that I was wasting his time by the way he presented himself, the lady on the other hand was nice and actually responded my answers. They sent me an email a week later saying they weren't interested in pursuing it further.

First you would do an online interview where you would record your voice and answer some questions then they send a email for a video interview that said it would be with 3 people but there were 2. Was about 40 mins long. The whole interview had the “tell me about a time when” type of questions.
