Applied online. I also knew someone in this department he gave the hiring manager my resume. The recruiter contacted me requesting a Montage interview (recorded over the phone through an automated system). Typical questions were asked like technical skills and previous employment things. They asked expected salary and I already knew the starting salary so I said that. FYI - these positions start around $40K-$50K. Had an in person interview and met with 2 managers. It was super casual, asked about my current job and what I do. Asked about school because I was a recent graduate. Super laid back.

Conversational, Very inquisitive as to why health care? Why Humana? What areas of finance? What is your background? Standard questioning, looking for cultural fit. Great program to introduce people to company and culture. Very informative about new initiatives.
