3 step interview process. Behavior Questions were a key part and were essential to a successful interview. I was hired on the spot. I encourage this position for someone trying to get back on their feet or someone with entry level skills.

Name a time you had to deal with an irate customer.
Fairly Easy I enjoyed the interview process at first I was nervous but once my first question was asked it was smooth and relaxing the questions were not difficult to answer
I applied for a position with Humana 3 times. All three I was denied for lack of experience. When I have over 8 years experience in customer service. They might not actually job opening right now. Despite them constantly updating and posting jobs on career sites. Just save yourself the time and not apply.
Great it was easy and informative I learned a lot more about the company . They asked some star interview questions , they also asked me about myself and work experience
