The interview process was very different for me, it was completely by email, phone and video. Your first contact is by email stating that you have been selected for a telephone interview by a recruiter. You schedule the phone interview and then are called by the recruiter. It lasts about 15-25 minutes. If that goes well, you move on to a video interview which can be scheduled with the recruiter or you are sent an email to schedule your day and time. Once your day and time is set up, you are sent two more emails with your information for your Montage video interview link and the telephone number to call into to talk to your interviewer. The interviewer is then someone with Humana in your department. It sounds complicated, but it really did go fairly simply.... except for not getting the information late and the link having two recruits on the same line... But it really did go well.
