I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Humana (Monroe Township, NJ)
Interview
I was set for an interview with a senior manager. When I arrived I was notified I would be meeting with two managers. Interview went for a comfortable amount of time. Very informative and relaxed. I asked what the next step would be and was told they had more interviews. After interview no contact or response for feedback on interview to my knowledge.
The interview process started with a brief automated text with pre-screening questions, I then had a phone interview with the recruiter, and then a video interview with the hiring team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you needed to push back in your role. What did you do and what was the outcome?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Humana in Feb 2023
Interview
I applied online & filled out the application. A day or so later I was sent an invite to complete their "new and exciting voice interview". What a terrible process & awful candidate experience. I think you can take the time to chat with a candidate if you like them enough instead of having them press buttons and answer automated questions.

Question 1
How many roles can you handle at a time? How many pharmacy techs have you hired at once? (this question was asked several times)
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Humana in Aug 2022
Interview
I applied to Humana through a job board. A few days after I applied, I received an email informing me I was selected to move to the first step. The first step was a "self-paced audio pre-screen," which took half an hour. I never heard back, even after reaching out to the contact person in the email multiple times.
