Interview
The interview process was extremely simple and straight-forward, and my experience was great. I submitted my application on the Humana Careers website for the "Workforce Management Professional 2" position on 7/20/21. I received an email on 7/26 sending me a link which prompted me to answer 5 questions -- it was a very simple assessment asking me about my educational background and my level of experience. (The questions were "Yes" or "No". Do you have at least 5 years of Workforce Management experience. Do you have a Bachelors Degree." etc) After the assessment was completed, the very next day, a recruiter reached out to me on 7/27 to schedule an interview with the team. We scheduled the interview for Friday, 8/6 through Webex video. There were 3 ladies total who interviewed me. The interview was for an hour, and they asked me the typical standard questions ("Describe how you would handle this situation if...", "Why do you feel analytics is important", "Why do you want to work at Humana", etc). The 3 ladies who interviewed me were very down-to earth, professional, and polite, and I felt very confident and comfortable during my interview. After the interview was completed, that following Monday on 8/9, the same recruiter called me and she advised me that the interview went well, and she and I discussed compensation for this position. I received my offer letter on 8/13. I love that Humana kept in communication with me every step of the way, didn't keep me guessing or completely ghost me, and made the whole process very simple. Definitely consider applying!
