      The first conversation was with a recruiter and from there had an interview day at the Chicago office where I met with 4 people from the organization I would work within. Following my interview day, things went silent for about a week and then I had two more phone interviews before being offered the job.

      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2016

      Interview

      4 rounds, 1) Peer contact, 2) HR Rep, 3) Engagement lead, 4) project team. Everything was as expected, I was recruited through a mutual friend (internal contact is paramount) and met with multiple resources before moving on. My first day was flying to Chicago for training, then to Las Vegas for the company retreat. The next Monday, I flew to my first engagement.

      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group (Hillsboro, OR) in Dec 2011

      Interview

      Apx 3 weeks after submitting my application, I was contacted by the HR department for a half-hour phone screen, which was primarily to discuss the job requirements and my skill set and background. Apx a week later I had another telephone interview with the hiring manager, which consisted of a large number of behavioral questions. A week or so after that, I was invited in to the local office for a 5 hour interview with a number of potential colleagues, the hiring manager, and the Director of the group. This interview included role-playing, behavioral questions, technical/process questions, a tour of the office, and time for me to ask questions. A few days after the interview I was contacted with an offer, which I accepted.
