IBM Applications Programmer interview questions

There was no technical interview. They just asked general question about own self and hired all students who were eligible. They just hire all student regardless of their knowledge. If that is the case why do they hire GH and then remove them for cost cutting.

I went for the selection process through Training and Placement of my college. Interview process of IBM includes, Group discussion, Technical Interview and HR round. It does not take weeks or 2 to finish the selection process, whole interview process was finished in 1 day.
