Interview
Very straight forward interview process. It lasts around 30 to 45 minutes. There are two people present in the room, both are managers with on being senior.
You are asked fairly regular competency based questions that you should answer in the STAR format.

Interview
A series of tests including literacy and numerical at the office. Interview with one of the managers within the new deparment and a couple of tests that were completed before the interview too.
