I applied online. I interviewed at IKEA (Greenwich, England) in Jan 2021
Interview
It was easy. First a zoom interview and then in person. They then took us around the building during the induction day and straight to work the next day. Toxic work environment
Fairly relaxed and casual. Lots of team building exercises. Generic questions such as examples of good communication, team work, and initiative. Friendly staff. A good place to work. Staff very enthusiastic about the company they work for.
