Interview
I applied online on the IKEA job application portal at the end of October for a temporary part-time Christmas role. I was contacted I week later by email and instructed to fill out a 'Getting to Know You' sheet that I then emailed back to HR. After this, I was invited to attend a group assessment (which by the way was the most positive interview environment I have been in). Then I was contacted by email again the following day asking me to attend an interview with two possible future managers. After this, I received a phone call with a job offer. Overall, the HR team and all the co-workers I met along the way during the application & interview process made me feel comfortable and valued as a candidate. Just be yourself and let your personality shine through. I cannot wait to begin work at IKEA!
