The interview process has 2 levels , aptitude trough a software, technical by hiring manager . Post selection HR will contact us guide us following steps which might take 2 weeks maximum, depending on the availability
The interview process is very smooth. One must be strong enough in his or her basic educational background. If the core knowledge is strong there is nothing to worry about

Basic in pharmacovigilance, pharmacology and clinical trials
There are total 3 rounds. One written, One technical, and One HR. The technical round is quite easy. 1st round is a bit tough. HR is not so good at salary negociation
It was overall good and be confident and prepare well
It was mostly related to drugs reaction and class of drugs
