Very welcoming place. Staff are very caring about work and life balance. A lot of resources are available to advance your career including trainings, courses and access to LinkedIn e-learnings.
It was not something out of the ordinary, if you've had interviews before it was similar to any other. Asked standard questions about my experience and motivation to work there.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Livingston, Scotland) in Nov 2023
Interview
Group Team building Scenario, then individual interview. Followed by a lab tour. Very friendly company and group interview allowed networking with staff members and other interviewees who were also selected.
