Seems like my interviewing process was sped up since they really need somebody to start ASAP. I only got a phone screening and one interview with more senior members on the team.
Laid back yet candid. I interviewed with HR first. Then, I was asked to interview remotely with a manager from the teamI would be joining. Both individuals were very nice and knowledgable.

They asked me what made me apply and why did I think I would be a good fit.
Three rounds, one with recruiter, two with managers of varying seniority, one of whom was my future manager. Mostly soft skills questions and questions about my resume and past experiences, overall was a very easygoing and friendly conversation
A recruiter reached out to me about an open position for a CTA, so I scheduled the interview in hopes to open some doors. It was a good "get to know you" interview very easy and laid back. Went over my prior experience.
