I was first given an assessment to complete online then I was invited for an interview. The interview was good, it touched on subjects related to the area and the graduate scheme that I applied to. The interviewer was pleasant and always gave me the opportunity to answer each question to the best of my ability. The assessment centre involved three tasks to be completed through out the day. Appropriate breaks were given between each tasks and we had a sufficient amount of time to prepare for each task specially the case study that I was given.
