Extremely poor and unprofessional. Interviewers were unengaged, in fact were laughing while I was speaking. Weren’t able to answer my questions about the role or company culture. Seemed like the interview was a formality rather than to consider me as a candidate. Will not consider working here.

Be warned, as with any large-ish company it will take a while for things to progress... Initially had a teams interview with the hiring manager, then had a presentation to a panel of people from both my team and other teams. The panel of people were all at group leader or associate group leader level so I did feel slightly intimidated, even though they were really nice. Didn't get to meet the rest of the team because they were all doing lab work. We had a good conversation going where a mixture of technical and behavioural questions were asked. Finally there was another bried interview with HR that talks about why you want to work at the company. I think the type of person they are looking for isn't necessarily clear from the job description, so this might be something you want to probe them about during the interview.
