I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Included Health (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview process was very transparent. The questions were easy and sensible and the recruiter was encouraging. I went through five rounds on video and had no projects to complete, just answering questions.

Question 1
Why this role? Why Included Health? How do you view difference in project leadership vs. project management? How do you determine the success of the project? Explain learning that went well, wrong, and what you learned.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Included Health (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process was OK, pretty standard. However, in spite of being promised that they would get back to me within a few days, 2+ weeks later not only have they not given me a decision yet but they're also ignoring my emails. Guys, I understand you might not want to hire me and that's OK - but at least have the guts to tell me that. Pulling a disappearing act is highly unprofessional. :-(
The other issue I had was that I wasn't told that I had to prepare a presentation until the evening before the on-site interview even though the interview had been scheduled for a number of days prior. Thankfully, I had the time that day to do it, but if I was busy, I would have had to reschedule.
