Interview
One interview with the manager then a 4hr shadow with a nurse on the unit. The shadow was based on the shift you would be working. The person you followed for your shadow filled out a paper that said if they thought you should be hired.
After applying a recruiter reached out. After speaking to the recruiter a hiring manager then reached out. An interview was held with the manager and then the director joined briefly.

I started with an Online application. HR contacted me with a telephone interview. Then, from there, I had an in-person interview with different unit managers. Lastly, there was a peer review interview.

Interview
Phone interviews followed by in person shadow interview. Everyone was professional and kind and more than happy to answer any questions I had. They made the interview process much less stressful than I had anticipated it being.
