Interview
It was very brief and to the point. They jumped straight into the interview questions. It was very formal. It lasted about 30 minutes. They were about 15 minutes late to the interview.

A time you cared for someone with a different culture than you.
After applying a recruiter reached out. After speaking to the recruiter a hiring manager then reached out. An interview was held with the manager and then the director joined briefly.

I started with an Online application. HR contacted me with a telephone interview. Then, from there, I had an in-person interview with different unit managers. Lastly, there was a peer review interview.

Interview
Phone interviews followed by in person shadow interview. Everyone was professional and kind and more than happy to answer any questions I had. They made the interview process much less stressful than I had anticipated it being.
