A very bad experience from a poor recruitment process. An Inmail from the recruiter asking if I was interested in the opportunity to join Intel and chat. A call was set up two weeks later First question, why did you apply? The rest was very competency based but largely about the challenge Intel has attracting talent. I was then advised that a call was being set up with the Senior Manager and asked if I could apply formally. A week later I revived a genetic mail rejecting my application. I followed up with the recruiter but received no feedback.
