Intel really gets into professional questions when they conduct an interview. They are obviously not seeking for the right answer but the reaction you will make under certain circumstances. Be prepared for that.

Question 1
What does strategy mean? What would you do if you have a conflict with your manager?

Interview
Recruiting team visited our campus and held an info session. For those who were interested, we were asked to submit our resume to the recruiting team directly. If selected to proceed, your resume will then be passed to a few teams for interviews - I interviewed with 3. My understanding is that, if you weren't selected by those initial team(s), the recruiter will still try to match you elsewhere. Do note, this happened during the hiring spree and fierce competition amongst companies for talent (~2021). I cannot say if the process is still the same today.
