The interview process was pretty standard at Intralinks. I first met with a recruiter to review my background and then moved on to various people within the sales organization including front line managers, VPs and SVPs.

Interview
There is a role play and prospects list ppt preparation for 2nd or 3 rd interview. The role play is a friendly one, not a tough one. One should present soft sales skills to make them feel qualifies.
