It was done as a group interview for seasonal work. It was a very easy interview process mainly just hypotheticals around how you would handle varying situtaions, predominantly around customers.

If someone came in who liked golf, and said they were looking for a gift for their wife, what questions would you ask to figure out the products you would recommend?
It was a group assessment style interview in which the group of us were given a variety of situations to look at which we had to devise responses to as a team

Comfortable process overall, however there were a few hiccups with the group interview I think should be fixed. I didn't manage to get the job, I recommend you book your interview as quickly as you possibly can. Be confident and make sure to be yourself!

Invited for an in person group interview at the store that lasted about half an hour. Then taken for individual interviews that lasted about 20 mins. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere
