I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Feb 2020
Interview
Had to do video interview where I was just talking to a computer recording my answers prior to the actual interview. Then had 3 separate person interviews. The whole interview process was drawn out. It takes weeks to hear from the HR people and most of the recruiters screen for things that don’t even really apply for the job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson
Interview
Very organized. The entire process was longer than desired, from resume submission to final interview took about 40 days. However, there was some form of communication throughout that entire time. Screening and then two interviews. I had to withdraw after the second interview--- due to personal, but you could feel their culture through the entire process and that is a good thing!
