The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Aug 2010
Interview
The questions were very typical type questions. In all interviews, the interviewers wrote down my answers to every question. Being a production position, the question invariably dealt with six sigma, process improvement. The responses that the interviewers seemed to appreciate the most were on the subject of values, and the importance of values in a career search.
