Interview
second round interviews were three days consisting of networking events, informational panels, and one-on-one interviews that tested personality fit, level of industry knowledge/interest, and understanding of the function for which you were applying (i.e. finance, marketing) through targeted questions. No surprise questions, but definitely think ahead about your background, fit, and JNJ and be ready to answer all the standard questions. The process gives you a chance to get to know the other candidates fairly well, which was also a positive experience. Use the networking time to really understand what kind of projects you'd be working on and what the JNJ culture is like, since there is not a lot of time for questions in the interviews themselves.

tell me about a brand you like and how would you improve it?
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
