I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Oct 2013
Interview
Mostly a personality interview. Attended an information session and case study the afternoon prior and was required to talk to the questions from the case study. The interviewers were quite nice which was good. I applied as a sophomore, so I was not surprised when I was not offered the position, but I would assume that someone with a good amount of experience interviewing would not find the interview process difficult at all.

Question 1
No questions stood out as particularly difficult. Mostly just speaking to the different positions I had held in the past. Perhaps speaking about the case study.
I applied through university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Sept 2014
Interview
I went to my university's job fair and talked to the booth for Johnson and Johnson. I gave them my resume and I received an email that said that they wanted to have an interview with me. It was a video interview over the internet. They did not ask me a single technical question. I read on this website that they ask questions about their company, but only one question was asked about their company. They asked me a bunch of behavioral stuff.
