- already knew someone working for the company, managed to get my resume in
- 2 rounds of interviews
- meeting with different managers
- be prepared to know about the company and what they do, why you want to work there
- very tight and conservative "family" culture, lots of older employees and immigrants
It was easy and good, I applied for treasury analyst role people are kind and ready to help. i think you need to prepare for corporate finance questions, impress them well
First I had to submit my CV. Then a few days after, I received a request to submit an online interview within four days. The online interview was through HireVue, where you had to reply to 3 questions (enough time to prepare).
