Two interviewers at the same time. Very nice people and laid-back interview. All standard behavioral questions even though for technical position. There is no super-day, just a one time interview. J&J loves and follows their credo so know that by heart before you walk in.

Question 1
Name a time you and higher management did not agree on a decision, but you had to do it anyways. What did you do?
I met with the recruiting team on campus, and applied on their booth. Then I got the interview in the afternoon on the same day. There were two interviewers. Both were extremely friendly and nice.

Interview located on campus after career fair. I had the opportunity to elaborate and describe the experiences listed on my resume and I answered various behavioral questions. They were very friendly and eliminated any stress from the interview process.

I had a on phone interview at first. And then after, I had an in person phone interview. The overall process was not difficult. The recruiters made sure to follow up and be timely on their notifications and updates.
