I applied in-person. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson
Interview
Multiple round interviews primarily consisting of behavioral questions focused on their cultural traits. Small technical portion testing accounting basics. Interviews are approximately 45 minutes each and scheduled back-to-back. Whole process takes about half a day.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Los Angeles, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
Resume drop, standard on campus interview. The guy interviewing me was casual but had a very scripted process. During each question he wrote down everything I said on a different piece of paper. Seemed inhuman, he was only looking for certain things in my answers. Followed up with guy I interviewed with and he never replied. Never heard back from the company (which is annoying).

I was hired into the Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) from a finance internship - this is key to getting your foot in the door. The real competition begins during internship interviews, and so long as you obtain the internship and perform well, you will be fine. Obtained an offer in August, which was nearly 10 months in advance of my start date at the end of May.
