First call with recruiter. Single interview with Associate Director and Director of Regulatory Affairs. Interview was booked for 30 min, finished in 20. Human resources call to confirm identity afterwards. The questions were quite general.
The interview session was smooth, the interviewer was so nice and didn’t pressure you much. as a fresh graduate, they didn’t touch much about skills instead they just ask you based on your resume & some behavioural questions as well. Please do some research about the product and read job description thoroughly
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Zuchwil) in Dec 2024
Interview
The process included a screening interview first with HR. This was then followed by a business interview with two RA personnel and one engineer. Typical situational questions were asked, knowledge of credo may be helpful.
