Two to three Interviews (one recorded and 1-2 live interviews). Technical depending on the position but questions aren't very hard (nothing like leetcode mediums or hards). Majority of the questions are behavioral and some may revolve around their Credo.

Interview
They asked mostly behavioral questions, with a small technical interview question towards the end. The technical interview was more to gauge how you approach problems rather than finding the correct solution

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Rochester, NY)
Interview
Resume-based project/technical experience questions followed by pencil and paper technical questions (fairly straightforward algorithm questions). The second interview is React-based and purely technical (you do not need a lot of experience in the framework as long as you can answer roughly).
